Crafternoon Series
Create community while gaining and/or honing artistic skills with the Artists of The Green Center! Select Saturday & Sunday afternoons in 2026, TGC will open its doors for crafters, artists, and makers to make and inspire together. Each month will feature a different medium and someone skilled in the medium available to offer tips, techniques, and guidance. And, as an added bonus, each CrAfternoon is completely flexible! Work on whatever you want and arrive whenever you want (as long as it's between 1 & 4PM). The $5 fee covers materials & supplies.
Bring some of your own favorite tools or just arrive and use what we have available. We'll have have a "help yourself" beverage bar so that you can wet your whistle while you work.

Beading Basics
1-4pm
Join master beader-extraordinaire Yolette Brown as she shares some tips and tricks for an introduction to beading! Already a beading-pro but hate to bead alone? Bring a current project and meet some new-to-you crafters to enjoy an afternoon with in our beautiful Green family home.
Yolette will share her years of beading experience by guiding us through some beading basics and tips to help you make something memorable. All materials are included - and will feature a wide selection of beads for you to choose from. Everyone will be provided with materials to try out, or you can bring your own project.
Plus our CrAfternoons are totally flexible! Not only can you work on whatever you want, but you can also arrive any time between 1 & 4pm! We'll just be crafting so join in whenever!
We'll have a small, open beverage bar including lemonade, tea, and wine - all included in your ticket price.
