| Annual River des Peres Cleanup |

| Come join us for our annual River des Peres cleanup, sponsored by the Green Center and the River des Peres Watershed Coalition. It's fun, satisfying and helps to restore one of University City's natural treasures. |

| Our annual cleanup is held each November on the Saturday closest to Veteran's Day. Each year we focus on a different stretch of the River des Peres. The exact location of our annual cleanup will be announced as early as possible on our Web site.

| Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities |
|

| Volunteers are needed to serve on the River des Peres Watershed Coalition's Working Groups. Opportunities include participating in water quality testing, education and advocacy, fund raising, habitat/greenway development and conservation, and helping to create a comprehensive River des Peres watershed management plan. |
