Deborah’s work has been featured in the national publication New American Paintings, vols. 23, 41 (nee Touhill). She has juried various exhibitions, including the 8th annual Shaw Art Fair and been a visiting artist at Cottey College and St. Charles County Community College. Deborah has exhibited locally at such galleries as The Center of Contemporary Arts, Elliot Smith Contemporary Art, the Sheldon Art Galleries, the R. Duane Reed Gallery, and St. Louis University Museum of Art. In addition to exhibiting in both Missouri and Illinois, her work has been shown in Kansas City, Las Vegas, Dallas, Clarksville, TN, and Little Rock, AR. In 1999 she was the recipient of the Outstanding Artist Award by the National Association of Women Business Owners in St. Louis. Deborah is a full-time instructor in Art History at St. Louis University. She is also the Visual Resource Curator for the Fine and Performing Arts department. |
